I am dedicated to helping women feel strong and supported through their journey into motherhood.
The goal of training during pregnancy is to build physical and mental strength in preparation for birth and caring for a baby. Exercises will be both functional and practical, and participants will be encouraged to practice listening to their bodies and advocating for themselves. Special emphasis will be placed on proper breathing, posture, and alignment, as well as tone and function of the core and pelvic floor muscles. I aim to create a positive and supportive environment for all women, and to help them get the education and recurses they did to have a healthy pregnancy.
Postpartum “Reconnect” Series
This program is designed to ease you back into movement and filling comfortable in your body. It can take a full year for a women to recover from pregnancy and birth and it is during this time that we go slow, give ourselves compassion and grace, and focus on healing the body and the mind. This program will reacquaint Mothers with their breath, with movement, and with her body as it is now. We’ll start with gentle mat work and progress toward lifting and carrying a load safely and efficiently.
